At Eat My Lunch, we don't just do lunches. We also cater for morning/afternoon teas, grazing and picnic platters, and snack boxes. Perfect for corporate meetings, picnics, and event catering.

Allergen Statement


Our products may contain gluten, sulphite, seafood, egg, milk/dairy products, peanuts, soybean, tree nuts and sesame seeds.

Vegetarian: Excludes all animal meat: beef, pork, lamb, fish, chicken, seafood and gelatine.

Vegan: Excludes all animal meat: beef, pork, lamb, fish, chicken, seafood. Excludes all animal products, rennet, gelatine, honey, bee pollen, milk, eggs, butter and other dairy products.

Halal: Excludes pork, pork products and non-halal meat. Includes halal certified meat e.g. beef, chicken, lamb. All cheeses used by Eat My Lunch are halal certified.

Dairy Friendly: Are made with no-dairy-containing ingredients, but may contain detectable dairy.

Gluten Friendly: Are made with no-gluten-containing ingredients, but may contain detectable gluten.

Pregnant Friendly: Products used are deemed safe for those who are pregnant outlined by The Ministry of Primary Industries. Food Safety in Pregnancy (mpi.govt.nz)

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Each day we deliver lunches to businesses and schools across Auckland and Wellington. Please refer to our delivery times below so you can schedule your breaks accordingly. As we have so many deliveries to make each day, please understand that we do not work to specific delivery times but rather a deadline so that you know when to expect them before.

BREAKFASTS - Before 7.30am (currently just CBD areas)

MORNING TEAS - Before 9.30am (currently just CBD areas)

LUNCHES - Before 12.30pm

AFTERNOON TEAS - Before 2.30pm (currently just CBD areas)

GRAZING BOXES Please advise in the “special instruction” box if you would like delivery before 12.30pm or 2.30pm.

ORDER INFORMATION

You will be able to place your order online up to 6am the day before the day of delivery *.

Please note that any changes to pre-made orders must be made no later than 2 business days in advance.

* "days relate to business days" therefore earlier cut off's will apply for public holidays for example.
